The SOBRDRIVE voluntary ignition interlock is a starter bypass that connects via Bluetooth with the smartphone application. A handheld, digital breathalyzer automatically pairs with the App for easy testing.

Activate SOBRDRIVE with the press of a button to require a breath test the next time the vehicle is started. Select between 0.00% – 0.04% breath-alcohol-content. The system will not require another test after receiving a passed test. That means the driver must activate the system manually each time a BAC test is required to start the vehicle. This gives the user 100% control of the system. This is a personal deterrent only and will not notify anyone else with activity reports or alerts.

For an always-on ignition interlock with full monitoring capabilities, the CheckBAC Drive system requires the driver to confirm identity, location, and alcohol level each time. This  is a robust monitoring platform that does not allow the vehicle to start at 0.02% BAC or above. Designed for family members or treatment counselors to create accountability for the driver.

Vehicle Installation

A mechanic or car audio/alarm business can perform the installation because the drive module does not require special certification. A detailed wiring diagram is provided and the technology is similar to a remote start. We suggest showing the hardware and instructions to the business you want to work with and they can call Think Twice with questions.

Our system is compatible with almost any auto and or motorcycles. Easy to install and activate with Key and Push start. Electric Vehicles are case-by-case.

Key Start: estimate $130 – $170 install cost.

Push Start: estimate $200 – $250 install cost.

Luxury and Electric Vehicles may cost more.

Bluetooth Breathalyzer Options 

Select from two digital Bluetooth breathalyzers that both provide accurate breath-alcohol results. The device automatically connects to your CheckBAC app after being powered on making it a user friendly experience.

iAlco Supreme ($99.00)

iSober 10 ($119.00)

This breathalyzer uses a higher cost sensor than the iAlco Supreme. Suggested for people who want less time to complete a test or have breathing issues.

Breathalyzer Calibration Service

All digital breathalyzer require periodic calibration to maintain accuracy. Think Twice offers mail-in calibration service for handheld breathalyzers.

Secondary/Backup Breathalyzer

Think Twice recommends a second breathalyzer that is needed if the first device is lost, damaged, or requires calibration to provide an accurate test result. We offer standalone devices that can be added to your order here.
